I want to thank you for your assistance in booking our recent vacation - the trip was a big success!!  As you know, I am both an inexperienced and anxious traveller, and I truly appreciate you guiding us through the process with sage advice, even when I texted you late at night or when I frantically texted you from the airport.   The whole process turned out seamless, from the flights, hotel shuttles and check-ins.  The resort was beautiful and the private beach was a treat.   We appreciate your knowledge and how thorough you researched our travel options - your advice was very sound.  The information packets you gave us (from what to pack to tipping recommendations) were a great resource.   We will definitely book our next vacation through you.
